Residential complex with a vertical garden. A small accent, which became the main advantage of the project. A vertical garden greets guests at the entrance, and stretches to the roof, weaving into the terrace near your bedroom. A two-story house with a vertical garden. The residential building has two floors. First floor: kitchen-dining room, living room, bedroom, utility room with laundry, garage. Second floor: two bedrooms and a dressing room. Terrace with barbecue and swimming pool.

The two-story building itself, with an area of 207 square meters made with a focus on coziness and a modern approach in construction. Ecological materials, light decoration, use of wood accents turn square meters into a cozy space.
On the first floor there is a garage and a laundry room. A separate exit leads to the living room and the kitchen-dining room. A spacious terrace overlooks the courtyard. From it you can immediately dive into the pool.
The second floor is reserved for two bedrooms and a wardrobe. The house is equipped for a married couple with children. Harmony with nature, emphasis on comfort and silence.
Each of the bedrooms has access to a separate balcony, where you can meet the dawn with a cup of aromatic coffee in hand. This house was created for the client, who was looking for inner comfort and seclusion. However, with all the benefits of civilization.
