Identification of customer needs. - development of a planning solution, up to 3 options: (plan of premises with internal partitions and arrangement of equipment, furniture, explication of premises indicating their area, tables with technical and economic indicators indicating the functional purpose of premises, their areas, the number of jobs according to technical task and the actual number of jobs.

Design concept
1. Processing planning solutions (with furniture placement) and choosing the most effective layout, taking into account the existing requirements for the number of workplaces and the structure of the company.
2. Development of the visual part: concept, sketch 3D visualizations to determine the overall stylistic concept in accordance with the task for design. 3. Correction of sketch 3D visualizations: in accordance with the wishes and adjustments of the customer.
4. Design and coordination of the design concept in accordance with the approved style.
5. Correction of the chosen concept according to the customer's comments (two iterations).
6. Approval of the customer's final result.

Project design
The design project is developed on the basis of the design concept and consists of:
1. Measurement drawing of the room; 2. Planning decision indicating all the required dimensions of the premises, the dimensions of the doorways; explication of premises with indication of areas; 3. A plan with the placement of furniture and equipment (reflecting the organization of workplaces) indicating the internal dimensions of the premises, designating all workplaces and equipment, zoning.
4. Specification of typical furniture and equipment, indicating overall dimensions. 5. Floor plan, specification of the main finishing materials of coatings; 6. Plan of ceilings with level marks, specification of finishing materials for coatings; 7. Wall layouts in the Facility areas, requiring the layout of elements taking into account the equipment, indicating the types of wall and door finishing materials and the location of graphics (graphic elements, panels, posters, glass elements), specification of finishing materials; 8. Specification of other design elements: lighting fixtures, phytodesign, etc.
