Development of a design project

The project includes the choice of colors, surface treatment plan, placement of furniture and decorative elements, as well as lighting. An engineering communications plan would be developed.
Stages of design development:
1. Design concept design. This means the choice of style and the fundamental solution of various problems in linking the functional and stylistic features of the planned institution. The concept, class and pricing policy of the future salon are approved.
2. Survey of the premises. Location and area of the premises. The key to a successful design project is a pre-thought-out and developed concept. Everything matters: the availability of utility rooms and free space, the possibility of communications and redevelopment.
3. Working design project. It is developed after a site inspection. Taking into account new information, design documentation, 3D visualization of interiors is being prepared. Project development has two sides: design and technical. The technical part includes a plan for redevelopment, equipment placement, communications, reception, workplaces, etc.
Selection and presentation of the proposed finishing materials is accompanied by work on visualizations or immediately after approval of their final version.
