The Architectural Bureau NOSAL DESIGN believes that design changes the quality of life of each of us. For more than 20 years of work, our prerogative remains the development of a unique interior design – receptive to the customer's request in combination with our own conceptual view. We do not work with the same style and are not afraid of difficulties and experiments.

    How many design options do you offer? What happens if I don't choose any of it?
    Approval of design options is in stages and in detail. After each stage, your edits and recommendations will be made. As soon as you are satisfied with the completed stage, you need to make a payment. If in the process it is clear that additional edits are needed, then payment will be made separately. This allows the work not to become delayed..
    Can I find all the materials listed in the project?
    Yes you can. In our project, experts only use materials that are easily available for purchase. The materials will be described in the specification. It also indicates where they can be bought.

    Do you select materials? If so, where and how?
    Materials are selected by our designer according to available catalogs, supplier's sites, and samples. The selected materials are coordinated with the customer, after which they are delivered to the office in an organized way. At the request of the customer, the designer can go with them to the store to see the selected materials for themselves. If necessary, samples of materials, textiles or enamel coloring can be delivered to the facility to see them in real light in the context of the project.
    Are engineering systems contained in the design project?
    The design project includes places where engineering systems will be located and installed. For example, conclusions for lighting, underfloor heating, switches, temperature regulators, plumbing, heaters, ventilation grilles, air conditioners, etc. Our engineer will check the entire project. However, here we must remember that the design project does not calculate electrical power and will not replace the engineering project. There is also no breakdown into linear groups, as well as the calculation of illumination and the diameter of the ventilation ducts.
    What do you pay attention to when creating a design for the façade of the house?
    All individual recommendations and preferences of the client are taken into account. If it turns out that the customer is against wooden decoration, we completely exclude it from the project. In particular, we take into account the financial capabilities of the customer and choose only those materials that will be financially viable. Environmental, functional, engineering, technical, and sanitary-hygienic features of the building are also taken into account. All these factors together are taken into consideration when forming the optimal development strategy for the façade of the project.
    Is interior design 3D visualization really needed?
    3D Visualization is not a necessary stage. If necessary, you can produce collages and drawings of the project. However, 3D visualization will allow you to form a full-fledged idea of the future project. Order 3D visualization from us and be certain of the future result!
    Why do I need a drawing design project?
    Experienced employees who are engaged in decorating the premises will rarely start working without drawing. They allow you to calculate the required amount of materials for rough processing, take into account the features of processing, and calculate the finishing cost for the physical work. Sketches help determine with high accuracy the number of materials for finishing, minimizing the participation of the customer in the process, since all complex issues will be resolved at the preparatory stage. In addition, the sketchings allow you to control the quality of the work performed.
    How and when is the design project paid for?
    Payment takes place in three stages: 30% of the cost - at the conclusion of the contract, 40% - before the start of 3D visualization, 30% - at the end of work during the signing of acts and the transfer of albums to the client.
