    How long before the start of construction do I need to request an architectural and interior design?
    The timing depends on certain factors. First of all, the area of the house. If you want to order a project with an area of up to 100 square meters, we require a minimum of 10 working days. Development of a working project from 300 square meters and above will require more time. The development time also depends on the customer's feedback: the response rate of approval of drawings, approval for the next stage of work, and obtaining answers to any questions arising.
    What initial data or documents are needed to order a private project
    Enough documents relating to the land and the customer.
    Do you take into account energy efficiency standards when designing houses?
    We give great priority to maximizing the energy efficiency of the facility. We constantly monitor developments in the field of design and construction, as well as analyze how energy can be used as efficiently and rationally as possible. To do this, we select materials with low thermal conductivity and use energy-saving technologies with an emphasis on the features of a particular project.
    Is it true that "heated floors" do damage to the house?
    If the floor is left at a high-temperature, then yes! Most often, underfloor heating is used at a low-temperature, called "comfortable floor", which is not harmful and even useful (some use warm walls in addition which are also relatively low-temperature).
    We have a plot of land and want to build a house, where should we start?
    First we need to get acquainted with a number of documents in accordance with the current legislation of the country in which the land is located.
    Documents in Ukraine for example include:
    1. Urban planning plan of the land plot. We analyze the technical features of connecting the land plot to engineering-type networks.
    2. State act on the land, which indicates the boundaries, size of the land plot and cadastral number.
    3. Engineering-geological studies of the land plot – this allows us to understand the type of foundation and to determine the design products that fit the specific soil. The bearing capacity of the earth is a key quality when choosing the type of foundation.
    4. Survey, which includes engineering and geodetic research. Gives an understanding of the heights in order to competently perform vertical planning of the future project. Gives an understanding of elevation differences on the ground (the definition of a zero mark).
    5. Project of architectural and construction solutions of the building. It includes an architectural, structural and engineering section.
    6. Detailed estimate for the construction of the house.
